Fellow Court Members,

With the start of  Reign 16 & a new Board of Directors.  I, Autum, Empress V, have been appointed your Events Chair for Reign 16.  I am just reminding everyone that you will need to get your Imperial Court Shows, Beer Busts info and any other fundraising event to the Events Chairperson. This way your events can all be placed on the calendar and published in the monthly newsletter.  This way we can avoid any double bookings for a specific date.  Please make sure you get the info to me at least one month in advance of the date of the event.  You can email me your info to me at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Greetings,

 First of all, I want to say thanks to everyone who voted for me to become the Reigning Empress for Reign XVI and making my dreams come true. I want to say thanks to my lifetime husband, Chadfor putting up with me. I love you always and forever.

 WOW, I have a great Regent Emperor for Reign XVI, Randolph KMA. Thank you for stepping up to the plate and I look forward to working with you during this new reign.

 Coronation XVI was fantastic from hospitality to the commands. I want to thank Empress I, Naomi del Rey and the Board of Directors for Reign XV for the Lifetime Achievement Award that I have received during coronation.  What a surprise it was!!!

 The guests at Victory Brunch must have thought I was very short since Emperor XV Sebastian and Princess Royale XV Brandi had a step stool ready for me at the podium so the guests could see me as I spoke. LOL!!!   :)

 The Blazing Saddle had a wonderful Victory Party/Show and Rio's Video Bar had some awesome drink specials after brunch. After the Victory Party, I went with several in-state members, as well as out-of-state guests from Nebraska, Denver, Minnesota, and Houston to The Garden Nightclub to enjoy a fabulous show that was for the All Iowa AIDS Benefit.

 My first appearance after coronation weekend as the reigning Empress was at the "Friends of India Blue (Mike Tripp)" Show held at Zaner's here in Sioux City. This event raised $1,540.00 which the family of Mike's was very grateful for.  Thank you to all the court members who came to help raise this money and support India's family.

 Saturday, November 1st will be Investiture XVI at The Garden Nightclub. Doors will open at 5:00 PM and the show will start at 6:00 PM; a $5 donation is requested at the door. The theme will be "Look at the Camera and... SMILE."  Hope to see everyone there.

 So, now that Reign XV has ended and XVI has begun, it is time for me to continue the journey which the past Monarchs had set forth and continue making history within the Great State of Iowa.

The Imperial Court of Iowafortunate to have Bubbles elected as Empress for Reign XVI.  As there was no Emperor elected, the College of Monarchs and the Board of Directors asked me to step in and be Regent Emperor for Bubbles.(I think Bubbles was hoping I'd do it.)She has a big heart to go with her dress size, so I know she'll do well.We agree that the year will be fun.Since we both have taken lots of pictures in our time with the Court, it was natural that pictures would be a part of our Reign. 

I think Bubbles took 7,000 snapshots in the last year or two.  Reign XVI will have photos or "snapshots" as a big part of our year.This year's Reign theme is "Snapshots - Past, Present and Future".We want to look back to our history, live in the present and look forward to the future ahead.This past July, I was at Nebraska's Victory Brunch on Sunday when word came from the Court in Winnipeg that Jiminy Lickit was the new Regent Emperor.

Our tables reaction was that he must be crazy to do it again.Well in September, I found myself in the same position and yes, I must be "nuts" to do it again as Regent!So leaving the Cowboy behind in Reign VII, I will goa "nutty" direction.I will be the Kashew, Macadamia, Almond Regent Emperor, Randolph KMA.I hope we will all have a good time this year. I would like to have your help this year with doing some new and different fund raising.If you have an idea, please let us know!'ll be raising money for charities as usual and having a fun time.Tell your, bring them along!!
